Long Spalted Beech Serving Board from Co.Galway.
 
Ideal for serving large portions of food, this board has loads of space. I took this board down with then intention of redoing the handle section. Unfortunatley, it took me a long time to get to it but it is now done. The handle has more rounded edges and a hole for hanging on a hook.

The board is finish sanded to a highly smooth touch. For food convenience, it is coated with Hampshire Sheen Food-Safe Danish Oil.  Danish Oil is very durable but a top up coat may be necessary depending on how often you use and wash the serving board. 
 
Please avoid using the board for cutting as it is meant for use as a serving board. Cut your food on a chopping board and then transfer to this board for maximum effect!
