I have had it in mind to make a more simplified Ring Holder and this is what I came up with. These are made from board off-cuts which means less waste from my work and a very affordable functional use or gift item for you the customer.  These are ideal for any area of the house where you might take off your rings and keep them visible and safe until you decide to put your rings back on again.
 
This piece is made from Spalted Beech from Co Galway. 
 
Approximately 80mm x 55mm x 18mm and 40g in weight. 
 
The cradle is turned on a lathe and is approximately 45mm wide x 14mm deep.
 
This first batch of Ring Holders is finished with a mixture of Danish Oil and Hard Wax Oil.  I was experimenting to achieve the best finish for this product.
